The game is complete with the exception of a marble that is missing, maybe. There are 12 marbles 4 colors of 3 each, which they are all there, making 12, then there are 3 bigger piranha marbles, totaling 15,...the game calls for 16 marbles,.....so I would venture that a bigger marble has swam away, or a fish ate it. Those little nippers look hungry. Wouldn't affect the game, just put another big marble in it.
